He was commenting on his “in-famous” interview on Al Jazeera during the BERSIH March on the 10th Nov 2007.
Funny excerpts:-
1. We were among the first in Asia to embrace free enterprise and free media, and a glance at our economic system would have shown that we had structured ourselves according to Western economic, financial and social precepts since independence.
2. As expected, this DAP member presented the government in a bad light by accusing the police of using violence and force on the demonstrators. This was then backed up by visuals of the police using water cannon and tear gas to disperse the crowd.
Note: Aren’t you supposed to back up what you say with proof???
3. I spoke clearly and directly, and while my presentation may not have been eloquent, it was something that needed to be said.

bro, your website is great and everything, but i couldnt help but to say this. i visit your website mainly to share our passion on coffee. now im not against or approve your political views, but i think it should be on a separate blog altogether. just my 2 cents. but it’s ur blog rite? i also visited rockybrus, marina rantings, and jeffooi blogsite. but that’s mainly on political topics.

You are right. But as you can see, only those supermega events that happen right in front of my doorsteps (i lived in KL for more than 30 years), I really can’t help but to put it up. But I promise, more coffee related matters on the way.
